About Me
I grew up as a mover, exploring many different movement disciplines such as dance, theatre, fitness, and circus. I have experience coaching a variety of exercise modalities such as weight-lifting, pilates, dance, running, barre, breath-work, and functional fitness.
As a queer movement practitioner experiencing Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder and disautonomia, my experience was that there weren’t a lot of spaces in the fitness world that offered me an outlet to move in a safe and supported way. I had to seek out the information I needed in order to tailor my own movement practice to what made my body happy, including rehabilitative movement and restorative practices for the nervous system. I’m here to share what I’ve learned with others who are struggling to make fitness work for them. I love to move my body and I want everyone I work with to be able to feel the joy of moving theirs.
About our Sessions
During our 55 minute sessions, I’ll draw on many different movement styles in order to create a well-rounded strength, stability, and mobility practice that is responsive to your goals and your needs. I believe passionately that the best training experience is collaborative - we work together to find the compensation patterns that are holding you back and keeping you in pain, and together we forge a path that works for you.
My hope is that you come away from our sessions feeling like your toolkit is full of tools to help you feel better. I want you to look forward to our sessions as a time truly dedicated to supporting and caring for yourself, and to leave feeling empowered, stronger, and proud of what your body is capable of. I believe in joyful movement above all else, and want to support clients through the process of growing and nourishing their mind/body connection.

“One of the most surprising benefits has been learning to truly appreciate my body. I feel more at ease being myself and leave each workout feeling empowered. For the first time, exercise brings me a sense of calm, and those moments when everything clicks and the right muscles fire are genuinely exciting.” — Mitchell H.
